Project Information
The Standard at West Lafayette is a 13-story student housing development including approximately 252 units and 676 beds in a variety of unit configurations, with interior and exterior amenities and three levels of parking garage, which will be in construction along West Wood Street, between Pierce Street and South Chauncy Avenue. Project completion is scheduled for Fall 2027. As the development continues, Landmark Construction will provide milestone construction activity updates and information important to our surrounding neighbors.
